Fix up HDRs on NAS

The HDRs on the NAS should be gone through-

• [x] Add some naming so we know what the HDR is of (like is done for the Montreal HDRs).
• [ ] The segmentation masks should be fixed up - there are some issues with random black bits and transparent circles, and the robots are not segmented as robots (blue) but as background (black). We've also been making back posts orange, but this isn't in some of the HDR segmentation. HDR segmentation should match up with what we do in NUpbr.
• [x] Add in Sydney, Thailand and lab field HDRs
• [x] Update the config for the HDRs so they don't generate synthetic field and goals, just balls (and robots...)
