Allow HDRs that are out of proportion to be resized #25

MUST BE MERGED AFTER THE ROT MAT FIX

HDRs can now be moved up or down using values in the json. The README has been updated to document this. This resizes the background in proportion to the robots as the HDR sits below the robots in the environment.

@A-Herfel is this the change that contains the influence thingy? Can't seem to find it.
