Current Behaviour

currently being in a tavern / inn / major city does not give any rester experience

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

being in an inn / tavern / major city should slowly grand rested experience bonus

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. go get a drink at the tavern
  2. wait for the " you are now rested " message
  3. dont wait too long it wont happend
