[Quest][Item] Mount exchange quests completable #93

the mount exchange quests where you can trade the unobtainable original epic mounts for the armoured ones is completable without having one of the old mounts to exchange, not that they would even be possible to obtain. This allows you to get a free lvl 40 mount, however you cant learn it and the training is still not free or available below lvl 40

to clarify, i specifically did this on the human mount vendor, have not tested the others yet
