ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved #72

When I modify a page,It return a Tip: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://127.0.0.1:9104/

The following error was encountered:

The system returned: 

 (111) Connection refused

I do the wiki step by step 1.I enable the "experimental extension api" 2.I run the cmd as administrator and run the autosave succeed 3.I install the extension in chrome. but why it can not I'm really fish in this.
