OpenCV 3.4 support #7

Hi I have flowing error, any chance to support Opencv 3?

CMake Error at /home/nvidia/catkin_ws/src/caffe_ros/caffe_ros/CMakeLists.txt:16 (find_package): Could not find a configuration file for package "OpenCV" that is compatible with requested version "2.4.13".

The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:

/usr/local/share/OpenCV/OpenCVConfig.cmake, version: 3.4.3
/usr/share/OpenCV/OpenCVConfig.cmake, version: 3.3.1
