The video file for deepstream5.0 is present in samples/streams dir

/opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/samples/streams/sample_1080p_h264.mp4 you're pointing to is the wrong sample file. I'll update the config file for deepstream 5.1 and add a sensible file location for the video file referenced in the blog. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
