Update software_setup.md to add instructions for installing software on the 2GB nano.

I know this method seems slightly hacky using the 2GB jetbot image and installing additional software on top of that for jetracer. I understand if it isn't desired to have it documented in the main readme, but it seems useful to me if there aren't plans to build and host a 2GB jetracer image.
