It re-organizes the existing readme into a format that we agreed upon previously. @avantikalal

@ntadimeti I edited the README to incorporate changes from #92 . Left blanks for:

  1. your end-to-end commands
  2. Names of the output files and folders that will be produced by your end-to-end commands.
  3. A list of the available pretrained models - I'll have to make this

Read and ran all steps in tutorial 1 and 2. Apart from the problems mentioned, everything looks good to me. @jisraeli would you like to go through the Readme, tutorial 1 and tutorial 2 and leave any feedback.
