Remove example/run.sh #125

This script will be outdated once the tutorials are released. Remove the script and remove it from Readme as well.

This should be part of #111 . Once the tutorials are in place, we don't need the example dir anymore. @avantikalal let's incorporate this in the tutorials PR.
