[SDK] Test auto release #532

Update ci/ scripts in master branch

This PR was created to test the Auto-releaser job by releasing a patch for 0.4 which required to update the ci/ scripts and its dependencies to the latest dev-0.5.0. Since the changes are too many and will need to be reverted and overwritten when merging dev-0.5.0 to master, we are closing this PR and will test the auto-releaser with the actual release.
