SDK:

improve inlining of gpu_assert
reduced frequency of cudaSetDevice() calls in scoped_device_switch
fixed a shadow warning

cudaaligner:

added reserve_n_matrices() function to batch_device_matrices
init CUDA runtime in cudaaligner::Init().
