Here is the updated PR for the LOGREG fix. I'm currently still updating the 1M cell notebooks to the new syntax. I'll update these latest on monday. I'll also fix issue #99 in the multi_gpu notebook

Updated 1M cell notebooks. Fixed issue #99 in MultiGPU notebook. Tested all notebooks that use the new function. However you might want to rerun the MultiGPU-Notebook our DGX had some issue errors during the cluster setup.
