This PR has a lot of auto-formatting applied, and other lint fixes. I'll point out the actual changes:

All of the test_getting_started*.ipynb files are lint/formatting fixes - no actual change of code.
Made tests/unit/examples/test_scaling_criteo_merlin_models.py run in multi-gpu mode, because it runs the nvtabular notebook in multi-gpu mode
Split the GPU CI GHA workflow into two jobs - one for single, one for multi-gpu
Modified tox to have a multi-gpu-only version as well.
