How to create annotations for a SSD classifier #2007

Hi,

I am pretty new with DIGITS. In fact just started using it after the GTC2018 last week. I am trying to train my own DetectNet to find text in a scene (more specific letters and numbers).

I went through the lab "Object Detection with Digits", however I have no clue on how to create the "annotations" for the data set. Could anyone kindly point me in the right direction?
