Potential matrix (tensor) dimensions:

[ ] CUDA version: 12.1.1, 12.1.0, 12.0.1, 12.0.0, 11.8.0 (P0)
[ ] Ubuntu version: 22.04, 20.04 (P2)
[ ] Python version: 3.11, 3.10, 3.9 (P0)
[ ] GPU: H100 (P0), A100 (P0), V100 (P2), L40/L4 (P1)
[ ] backend: XLA, IREE (P1)

Questions:

[x] Only test Ubuntu LTS versions?
[x] Non-flagship GPUs (e.g. A10, L40)?

I think V100 and Ubuntu 20.04 are P2, and I think that Windows is P1 (a big community request) I think L40/L4 and H100 NVL would be more important (specially for inference).

@sbhavani thoughts?
