Hello developers of Minkowski Engine!

I am currently a Windows user and I tried installing ME but failed. This is an amazing work but I feel pity that deep-learning-related researchers using Windows are not able to use this marvellous tool. So I hope you can launch a version that supports Windows so that your work can have more influence on this field. Thank you.
