Output Rail Failed #687

Hello, I am running a function to run only the self_check_output

@AadarshBhalerao : can you provide the detailed logs, or a more complete config? I could not reproduce on a first try.

@drazvan if you could help me with a revert on this by tonight that would be really helpful.

@AadarshBhalerao You have a typo:

define flow self check output
  $allowed = execute self_check_output

  if $allowed
-    bot refuse to asnwer
+    bot refuse to answer
    stop

  if not $allowed
    bot answers
    stop

This causes the config to try to generate the refusal message, and then check that again in an infinite loop. Using the right bot message will fix it. Also, noticed that the condition should be the other way around, but I assume you switched it for testing purposes.
