Various updates for the Colang 2 language reference documentation:

Update flow and system built-in variables sections
Update Colang functions description
Add section about @active decorator
Add information about how to migrate alpha version bots to beta
Improve flow name limitations explanation
Add flow events section title
Replace bot and user icons with icons from NV
Improve section about flow/action/event member variables
