Hi @jimregan, just checking if this PR is still WIP or ready for review?

Still WIP. There are some oddities in Irish numbers -- two different forms that correspond with cardinals in English, parts of numbers that go before the noun and others that go after, etc. This is very much a hobby project, I don't expect to have time to work on it until the Christmas break.
