New Link for Mailabs dataset #384

I have been trying for a month to download the dataset from given link but it doesn't work. Now I have found another link for dataset it works. https://www.caito.de/2019/01/the-m-ailabs-speech-dataset/

It worked for me now, under the title: "Statistics & Download Links" https://www.caito.de/2019/01/the-m-ailabs-speech-dataset/
