Miscellaneous changes to improve attention, update cudnn-frontend, fix logging, etc.

Update cudnn-frontend to 1.5.2
Fix logging info in layernorm_linear and linear
Disable cuDNN 9.1 and 9.2 for THD support (due to numerical issues)
Set cu_seqlens_padded to cu_seqlens when it's unset, for BSHD/SBHD
