Describe the bug Trying to install VPF, and getting this error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cmake'

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Nvidia driver version: 530.30.02
CUDA Version: 12.1
Python Version 3.9
