how to use HeaortaNet pretrained model #103

Hi Professors, can you please install "HeaortaNet_clara_ct_seg_heart_and_aorta" to the server? Or was it just not implemented in the GUI? If so can I receive some instructions regarding the custom Python scripting? Thank you in advance.

you can run your own instance of AIAA server and import new/existing models. Please refer: https://docs.nvidia.com/clara/clara-train-sdk/aiaa/loading_models.html

Also if you are looking to run/experiment something quick, you can check https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAILabel (this is base don NVIDIA AIAA but with more flexibility/features)

Hi Professor Sachidanand,

For the past month I had been trying to establish my own server through self-teaching, however there has not been any productive outcome, the concepts are too unfamiliar, I'm in my third year of undergraduate study doing a Physiology Major with no background in programming.

Could you please share some advice regarding self-teaching Clara Training Framework from the ground up? Is it possible to master the skill within a year?
