usability enhancements #41

I tried to use the repository to configure a few nodes and found it to be lacking in usability.

  1. I added a new folder for env and added a template for users to add their inventory.
  2. Provided an exact command to run to the playbook
  3. Added the command to run the tests

Hope this improves the usability of this really useful tool.

This repo isn't intended to be used "stand-alone", but installed using ansible-galaxy as shown in the README. Closing.
