Describe the Bug

While installing apex library in conda virtual env, I am getting the following mentioned error:

Install torch==2.4.0, numpy==1.26.4, transformers library CUDA version: 12.1/12.2 **Environment**

Linux 22.04, Python 3.10, PyTorch version: 2.4.0+cu121, conda virtual env setup.
