Add documentation for CRI-O #384

Hi there!

After search the NVidia docs and different issues here, I was finally able to find something useful to be able to setup the nvidia-container-toolkit with cri-o here.

Reading the official docs seems that cri-o is not even supported, yet it is fully working after stated in the issue comments.

Would be awesome to see that setting up for cri-o is also documented here.
