After one Playground user annotated all the images in Playground Dicomweb server, he/she cannot get next image, which is expected.
However, another Playground user cannot see any labels in OHIF series panel, not aware of the the existing labels generated by the first user, but can still not use "next image."
We are working on adding filters when users click "save label" button, so that the saved label can have an identification mark in the dicom-web, by using this mark, the "nextimage" api can further optimize to filter and allocate images for usrs in playground.
