Update notebooks for integration tests [PART 4] #36

Resolve some comments in https://github.com/NVIDIA/monai-cloud-api/pull/34 and add status check logic before download, and job cancel if job is not done before data clean. The purpose is to make the notebook runnable in CI tests.
