This includes:

Fixes for backward compatibility with pre-release containers and NFS
Demo-type options for a one-line NIM install of llama3-8b-instruct as default including a secret literal that can be used to write the k8s secrets
Some ingress touch-ups
Corrects some documentation elements in the code
