Published nsight vscode plugin at #25

Is it possible to publish this plugin on Open VSX Registry? This will allow users of open-source IDEs derived from VS Code to install the plugin from the 'extensions' panel. Currently, these derived IDEs cannot access Microsoft's official registry.
