[FEA] Default Constructor for nvcomp::CompressionConfig #108

There doesn't seem to be a default constructor for nvcomp::CompressionConfig. @VasuAgrawal to add more detail if needed.

@VasuAgrawal we are actively working on this issue and will post here whenever a fix is ready to go into a subsequent release of nvCOMP. Please also note that this repository is not under active development and will soon be deprecated and the samples/benchmarks have moved to https://github.com/NVIDIA/CUDALibrarySamples/tree/master/nvCOMP
