Regard to running semantic-segmentation

Hi Dev team,

We met the issue when trying to run your model. However, we met the notification as below:

RuntimeError: cuDNN error: CUDNN_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR

The version of Pytorch and Cuda are following:

• Cuda: 10.2 (there is no mention in your instruction)
• Pytorch: 1.8.1 (There is no availability of pytorch 1.3 on the official website)
