[FEA] Qualification tool should print Kryo related recommendations #1106

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wish Qualification tool will print Kryo related recommendations if the CPU eventlog has set spark.serializer=org.apache.spark.serializer.KryoSerializer. Otherwise GPU run will fail.

Describe the solution you'd like Qualification tool prints spark.kryo.registrator=com.nvidia.spark.rapids.GpuKryoRegistrator
