[FEA] Qualification tool - Allow disabling generation of exec and stages csv files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the qualfiication tool outputs the final report in txt and csv and then it also outputs the exec and stages csv files that are used to generate the final report. Those are very useful in debugging or seeing where the final recommendation came from. Unfortunately those can take a long time to generate so it would be nice to have an option to disable the generation of the exec and stages csv files.

Closing this because functionality change. Execs and stages became required because they are used as input for QualX.
