Release tags? #26

There's a lot of useful code here, thanks!

Might seem burdensome, but it would be great to see some release tags issued. If you do so, please peg those to the corresponding TensorRT releases.

We should definitely add release tags.

I think when I finalize the massive changes on the memory-refactor branch, then it would be a good time to do tagged releases.
