我看最新版本代码删除了这一块相关的内容，是存在什么问题吗？ Convert3DMMTo2DMM (?) Optimize the matrix multiplication layer. In some occasion, matrix multiplication of two dimension appears higher performance than the three dimension ones. 而且我看最新的readme上这一块相关的介绍上还增加了一个问号。

Newer version of TRT has included this optimization inside, so it is needless anymore.
