Failed to fetch dependencies! #380

Downloading from bootstrap.packman.nvidia.com ...
Failed to download file from S3
Most likely because endpoint cannot be reached or file python@3.7.12-windows-x86_64.cab doesn't exist
!!! Error fetching python from CDN !!!
!!! Failure while configuring local machine :( !!!
Failed to fetch dependencies!

When I ran the setup.bat script, I found a download error.

Because of proxy server problem
