Cuda 9.2 support #45

Will Cuda 9.2 be supported soon?

It hasn't been decided when the update will be done.

Ah. It would be really nice to have it soon as we have struggled for months to get a working reliable combination of a recent VS2017 with fixes we needed, together with Cuda 9.2, and now just when we thought we could move forward (apart from some Cuda/Thrust bugs that I guess won't be fixed until Cuda 9.3) we hit the Cuda 9.2 with Flex support issue :-(

Binaries have been updated to CUDA 9.2.148 in https://github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/FleX/commit/0aef277cfdce5dea2de0e9abdf13e7d6699e1848

Does anyone have a problem using CUDA 9.2.148 with FleX? The NvFlexDeviceGetSuggestedOrdinal function returns -1
