codepage error on korean windows 11 #1

msvc has codepage warnings with files at Opacity-MicroMap-Samples/External/NRIFramework/External/NRI/ compiler setting use /wx, that fail compiling project.

I avoid fail by removeing all /wx from cmakelists.txt
