What needs to be changed for NRD 4.2.X to work with Portal RTX? #67

Hi there,

while NRD 4.1.2 works flawlessly with Portal RTX (and latest dxvk-remix built from source), 4.2.2 doesn't. The remix server won't start (error 127) with the NRD 4.2.2 dll. I know that there are breaking changes being mentioned in the release notes of NRD 4.2.0, but I can't figure out what exactly is preventing the game from launching.

Seems as if the required changes have to be done in dxvk-remix.
