C&C Red Alert 3 crashes at the launcher, telling the user to make sure they have a DX9 compatible video card installed. DLL is installed to "..\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\Red Alert 3\Data\" d3d9.log

It now launches, but the remix menu won't open and the game stays as a black screen d3d9.log ra3_1.12.game_d3d9.log NvRemixBridge.log
