Describe the bug

Tabbing in and out of the game can cause your mouse pointer to simply not function anymore, not in the application nor in windows itself. I originally thought this was an issue isolated to this game but talking to some other people on the remix server this issue seems to appear in many other titles as well. Mouse control can be regained by CTRL ALT DELETing. Mouse control is not always immediately lost on first time tabbing out, continue tabbing in and out over a short period and the likelyhood of the issue happening rises.
Issue is present on all versions of remix

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set the game and Enhanced Edition up by following my guide - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hayGXNlAJZWOp2ivV8otdSMP23pbXk7DL-pfLq5ZJjU
Start the game and skip the opening cinematics
Once standing in the bathroom begin tabbing in and out for a while

Expected behavior

Tabbing in and out of the game functioning normally
