X3: Terran Conflict/Albion Prelude/Reunion cant capture a scene or assets #318

When trying to capture a scene to begin using RTX remix on X3 Terran Conflict when i press scene capture or assets capture nothing happens Remix version 0.4 RTX 4050 laptop GPU Driver version 546.65 Latest on Steam To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start X3 : Terran Conflict/Albion Prelude/Reunion via RTX remix try to capture any scene nothing will happen

Expected behavior

I expected to capture a scene X3TC_d3d9.log

Hi @Niki2a44, the Capturer will not work if Remix is unable to prepare scene data and actually inject ray tracing.

Can you confirm whether you see a different render from the standard rasterization? Does the temporary RTX Remix banner appear on launch? Does the game look how it normally looks without remix installation?

If you are unsure about the above, feel free to attach pictures, and we can try to infer from those. Thank you in advance.

Hi @nv-nfreybler Rtx remix banner shows at start i can toggle textures by ignoring them and Frame generator seems to be working but render is same and no scene capture image

also mouse is not working sometimes in remix menu but i only notice that for this game

X3TC_d3d9.log PXL_20240507_113824570 I ipdated Remix on Omniverse and tried again , still same , and also now when i click new game picture is frozen but i can hear game and then it crashes

Hi @Niki2a44 , can you please also include the bridge logs as well? X3TC_d3d9.log is the dxvk log, but we would also need the d3d9.log (which should be near the game .exe) and the NvRemixBridge.log. Further, if you see a crash dump file (.dmp) in the /.trex/ directory, please include that as well. Thanks in advance!

image there is no d3d9.log nor a .trex dir and yes i have show hidden file on and no dmp files .Maybe they are somewhere else just because i use rtx remix through omniverse ?
