What is the context of the feature/improvement?

In the capture scene worldview, would it be possible to have the option to keep the last stage light that we clicked as a stagnent UI piece on the screen? For now, I have to be close to the stagelight to be able to tweak and adjustment the globe. I can move away from the globe to see how parts of the capture look, but my field of view has to be within reach of the stagelight to keep adjusting it.

Please describe the feature/improvement?

If I'm in the world-view and need to do a 180 on my scene but still need to adjust the stagelight globe, I have to somehow manage a view that keeps the stagelight in my field of view. Here's an example. I'm in this kitchen in this scene, and need to see if the light is going to hit the back of the kitchen, but the stagelight is up high in the backyard. In order to see my changes, I need to move the camera - but by doing so, I lose view of the stagelight to move it about to adjust the lighting. Screenshot 2024-03-16 200207

What would be your solution? (optional)

Keeping the stagelight as a UI option based on the last stagelight that we touched etc would allow me to move freely without being in a FOV of that stagelight to adjust a scene. I'll have free roam to move about the scene not being held down by if I can see the stagelight.

Hey,

Is there any reason to not use the property attributes to set your values when the object is outside the view please?

Are the property attributes the number coordinates of the light? That would be a way to change the light, but it would be much harder than using the globe. I find the globe is quick and easier.
