[Toolkit bug]: AI tools not launching in latest version #518

Describe the bug

When selecting the AI tools tab, a message appears saying "initializing AI tools", but then nothing happens. Message goes away but the tools don't show.

Modding and ingest tabs still work when this happens.

How do you reproduce the bug?

Select "AI Tools" tab
See message appear
See message disappear and AI tools window displays nothing

What is the expected behavior?

The toolkit should display the AI tools tab.

This was generated right after trying to access the AI Tools tab kit_20240530_205033.log
