[Runtime Bug]: Game geometry begins to "deteriorate" over time when anti culling is enabled (Sonic Adventure DX 2004 CD) #528

Describe the bug

When anti culling enabled hub worlds, and levels have strange glitches and it gets worse over time, the images will explain better anticulling2 anticulling1

How do you reproduce the bug?

Enable anti-culling Spin the camera around for 10 seconds

What is the expected behavior?

Anti-culling should not do that

Also, I dont know if this is something different, but anti-culling looks like this when the camera is turned away image

At the beginning, I'm showing the buggyness that happens when anti-culling is enabled and the game camera has turned away, then I enter a level and then exit, which "accelerates the deterioration" of the geometry, though it still does happen when just moving the camera around https://youtu.be/voNuQ1PvHQk
