[Question]: ReSTIR FG in Remix #561

Open ladna373 opened 3 months ago

I would really like to know if ReSTIR FG will be implemented in Remix? Since with the help of this ReSTIR you can obtain caustics in real time without affecting a lot of computer resources. It also allows you to create a more natural shadow in transparent objects, the shadows themselves and correctly reflect light in mirrors. I also think that this would also greatly please the Remix community itself.

Thanks for reaching out! While this feature isn't specifically on our roadmap, we're always happy to hear suggestions and have opened REMIX-3384 for investigation.

ladna373 commented 3 months ago

Uhh, can I ask you, how can I suggest that feature?

NV-LL commented 3 months ago

Hi @ladna373 - we've taken this ticket in as a suggestion for the feature. If you would like to suggest other features in the future, you can use either the "Runtime Feature/Improvement Request" form or the "Toolkit feature/improvement report" form (as applicable) found here.

You should re-open this issue. It should remain open until the function is implemented
