Fixes error:

PowerShell DSC resource MSFT_RegistryResource  failed to execute Test-TargetResource functionality with error message:
(ERROR) Invalid registry hive was specified in registry key
'KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications'
    + CategoryInfo          : InvalidOperation: (:) [], CimException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : ProviderOperationExecutionFailure
    + PSComputerName        : localhost
