Rom/Emulator Search Fails #4

Rom/Emulator search fails on Windows 10 unless EmulatorManager.Exe.config is manually edited for the appropriate directories. Selecting the directories within the application and then pressing the "Load Roms/Emulators into Tritium" button does nothing. Once the file is manually edited, roms/emulators are detected on launch.

This may be related to issue #3; I'll investigate further and see if this is Windows 10 specific, or not.

I added the Ookii.Dialogs.Wpf.dll and still cannot scan any emulators or roms on Windows 10. I also tried Win 8 and Win 7 compatibility mode as well as running in admin mode.

_Edit_ I've fixed this. My Tritium folder and Rom/Emulator folders were originally on separate drives. Moving everything to the same drive has resolved this issue. Still requires that I initially edit the config files manually however.
